Element B Teachers link professional growth to their professional goals.
Reasoning Statement: The artifact posted for this element includes goals that I set for myself in 2017. In this document, I included an assessment of the attributes professional educators should hold and then created ways intend to grow as a professional educator. Additionally I included the disposition rubrics from 2017 and 2019. I believe the evaluation shows my own growth and I can create goals based on areas that need improvement.

Element C Teachers respond to a complex, dynamic environment.
Reasoning Statement: I included a video that showcases my flexibility, and my response to the students. Prior to the video I learned that the students did not yet have music and I needed to adjust my lesson plan while copies were being made. When the students were passing music, I noticed they were not focused on me and refocused the students after they had the music showing that I reacted to the environment.

Element D Teachers demonstrate leadership in the school, the community, and the teaching profession.
Reasoning Statement: The artifact I used is an essay about one of the events I volunteered for while in EDUC350. I volunteered for Webber Night Out which taught me more about the school and students. The event helped me in forming my own lesson plans. I noticed that students desire connection, but they also like to be engaged physically. Therefore, in my lessons at Webber, I tried to include physical and social activities.
